TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF BELLINTE HATS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND THE USE OF ITS ELECTRONIC PLATFORMS
1.- ABOUT THE BELLINTE HATS PLATFORM
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions and the relationship between Bellinte Hats and its clients or visitors. By the term "Bellinte Hats platforms" it will be understood that it includes the platform www.bellinte-hats.com, as well as its official accounts of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, among others.
Bellinte Hats platforms are protected by the copyright system, and are the sole and exclusive property of the owner of the Bellinte trademark.
By using the Bellinte Hats platform you accept these terms and conditions.

8.- RISK OF LOSS OF ORDERS.
All products purchased at Bellinte Hats are carried out through a parcel contract. The ownership and risk of loss of the products will be transferred to you at the time we deliver the products to the corresponding carrier or parcel company.
However, when we deliver your hat to the parcel, you will receive an email in which you can find the tracking number and the parcel so that you can track your product.
Bellinte Hats does not assume ownership of the product returned by the parcel or courier company until there is a communication with the customer or buyer that allows for certainty of the return in the event of loss.
9.- DESCRIPTIONS OF THE BELLINTE HATS PRODUCTS
All information about the products contained in the Bellinte Hats platforms is provided for illustrative purposes only. Before using the products always read the product labels, warnings and instructions for use. Bellinte Hats tries to be as accurate as possible. Bellinte Hats hats are handcrafted, so there may be slight variations in finishes, colors and dimensions with respect to those shown on the Bellinte Hats platforms, so if it were these slight variations, you consider that a product purchased in the Bellinte Hats platforms does not meet its description, the only recourse you have will be to return it in accordance with the provisions of point 12 of these Terms and Conditions.
10.- PRICE
Except as noted separately, all prices displayed through Bellinte Hats products or services include national taxes.
Except to the extent otherwise indicated, the List Price or Suggested Price that appears for products in any Service or product marketed by Bellinte Hats represents the retail price listed on such product.
11.- AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
All information and details regarding the availability, shipping or delivery of a product are only estimates. When you place your order, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order. In the event that, for any reason, during the processing of your order, the product ordered by you will no longer be available, no charge will be made for those products, or if applicable, the charge will be refunded within the next 48 business hours.
If the product you ordered is not available, we will allow you to order the same subject to inventory confirmation. If we cannot obtain the desired product, your order cannot be confirmed.
12.- RETURNS AND GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCTS.
Customers have 7 business days to make the change once the product is received through the following process:
1. Send an email by clicking on this email karl-roch@bellinte.com.mx, which will have the subject "Bellinte product change" and as content you must clarify the reason why you want to make the change and be able to be candidate to receive a change request.
2. Complete the "Bellinte Product Exchange" form that will be sent to the same email with which the exchange request was sent.
3. Send back the completed form to this link in our email karl-roch@bellinte.com.mx whose subject will be "Bellinte Product Change Form". Later we will review the exchange format and a free product collection guide will be sent to you by Estafeta.
4. Wrap the box so that it is completely protected and stick the collection guide on the outside of the box where the product will be returned.
5. Deliver the package to the nearest Estafeta parcel service.
The exchange of the product for another size but of the same model of the original purchase will be authorized, as long as you have received a hat of a different size than the one you ordered.
In order for the product to be exchanged or returned, you must meet the following requirements:
- The hat must be received in its original condition and without having had any type of wear or abuse or alteration, with the labels and complete packaging as the product was received by the client.
- Once this is verified, an email will be sent within 72 business hours to the client, to notify whether or not the exchange or return request proceeds, as well as to coordinate the refund or exchange in each case.
- Only requests for exchange or return of products purchased on the Bellinte Hats platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website) will be processed.
- Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on hats that have been bought with discounts or discounts or purchased with discount codes, unless they have a factory defect or defect.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than defects or factory defects.
- For a size change, the change will be made up to one time, so we recommend you check the size guide, so that you can measure yourself and know your correct size. However, we do not guarantee a 100% fit due to the morphology of each person, so from this moment Bellinte Hats disclaims any responsibility in this regard.
13.- OTHER POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND INDEPENDENCE OF PROVISIONS
Please review our other policies posted on the Bellinte Hats platforms. These policies also govern your use of Bellinte Hats products or services. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, terms and conditions at any time and your continued use of Bellinte Hats products or services will certify your acceptance of such changes. If any of these conditions is considered invalid, null, or unenforceable for any reason, said condition will be considered independent and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining conditions.
