SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES
SHIPPING POLICY
For shipments within the Mexican Republic, they are completely FREE through the Estafeta parcel service.
When making a purchase, we will automatically receive the purchase order for your hat, so in the following 72 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Your package will arrive at the corresponding address in 5 to 10 business days.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
Customers have 7 business days to make the exchange once the product is received through the following process:
1. Send an email by clicking on this email karl-roch@bellinte.com.mx , which will have the subject "Bellinte product change" and as content you must clarify the reason why you want to make the exchange and be able to be a candidate to receive an exchange request.
2. Fill in the "Bellinte Product Exchange" form that will be sent to the same email with which the exchange request was sent.
3. Send back the completed form to this link in our email karl-roch@bellinte.com.mx whose subject will be "Bellinte Product Change Form". Later we will review the exchange format and a free Estafeta BL will be sent to you.
4. Wrap the box so that it is completely protected and stick the Esatfeta BL on the outside of the box.
5. Deliver the package to the nearest Estafeta parcel service.
It will be appropriate to exchange the product for another size but of the same model of the original purchase, as long as you have received a hat of a different size than the one you ordered.
In order for the exchange or return of the product proceed as follows:
- The hat must be received in its original condition and without having any type of wear or abuse or alteration, with the original labels and complete packaging as the product was received by the client.
- Once we have verified that the returned hat and packaging is ok, an email will be sent within 72 working hours to the client, to notify whether or not the exchange or return request is aproved, as well as to coordinate the refund or exchange in each case.
- Only requests for exchange or return of products purchased on the Bellinte Hats platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website) will be processed.
- Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on hats that have been bought with sales or discount codes, unless they have a factory defect.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than factory defects.
- Bellinte is only responsable to exchange the hat for the reason of incorrect head size, only once. So we recommend checking the Sizes guide, so you can measure yourself and know your correct head size. However, we do not guarantee that it will fit you perfectly due to the morphology of each person´s head, so from this moment Bellinte Hats disclaims any responsibility in this regard.
